  • How does the product and parts information get into the system ?
    We work directly with the manufacturers of the products to create these data files. We carefully scan the images and enter the product and parts data from printed catalogs and service manuals. Most exploded parts views are touched up or, in some cases, substantially modified to make them clearer and easier to decipher. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Library.
  • Can we enter and maintain the product and parts data ourselves ?
    The Pool & Spa Parts Library is a lookup system only. However, you can enter your own Selling Prices, SKU's and Notes for any product in the Library.
  • What manufacturers do you have in the Library ?
    All of the major equipment manufacturers are in the Library and many others as well. The Library continues to grow as more manufacturers get involved. Please see the Library Info Page for a list of the manufacturers in the Library.
  • How is the data updated ?
    At this point, the CD-ROM Library is produced once a year. However, we can custom burn a CD at any time on request if you wish to receive updates more frequently.
  • How much does the Parts Wizard & Library cost ?
    Please see the Parts Wizard Pricing Page for details.
  • Is there a multi-user version ?
    Yes. In fact, there is really only one "Version" of The Parts Wizard. The number of concurrent users is determined by the license you purchase. And the license can be upgraded at any time right over the phone.
