Multi-Warehouse Inventory Features
|
DeepEnd provides the ability to maintain several
inventory "warehouses" and tracks the flow of items
between warehouses. This is specifically designed for
businesses that have a store and 1 or more service trucks.
|
- Unlimited Warehouses
No matter how service trucks you have, DeepEnd can
keep track of what you have in all of them as well as
any other inventory areas you may have. Scenarios
such as having a main warehouse, a store and several
service trucks are handled easily.
|

|
- Inventory Transfers
You can easily track the transfer of items from your main
warehouse to your trucks and back so that you can always
know what you have in each location. By scanning bar codes,
this is a very easy task.
|

|
- Counting Inventory
The inventory count checklist contains all of the items
in the specified warehouse along with the system on-hand
quantities. Each inventory count you do is logged along
with any discrepancies between the system on-hand quantities
and the actual on-hand quantities.
|

|
- Inventory Adjustments
In cases where the system on-hand quantity doesn't match the
actual on-hand quantity, the system on-hand quantity will need
to be adjusted to get your inventory back in sync again.
With the optional QuickBooks Link,
each Inventory Adjustment is posted to QuickBooks as an
Inventory Asset Gain/Loss.
