Water Test Software Link

DeepEnd provides a direct database link to Customer and Water Sample
data in Bioguard's Alex and Lamotte's DataMate10 databases negating
the need to enter customer data manually into both systems.

- Customer Data Link
DeepEnd creates a link between each customer record in the
target water test program and its corresponding customer record
in DeepEnd. Data entered or changed in the water test
program is then retrieved and copied to DeepEnd, keeping the
data in sync. The synchronizing process also adds new
customer records as needed to DeepEnd if they don't exist.
- Water Sample Data Displayed in
DeepEnd
When the water test link is set up, the water sample data in the
water test program is displayed in DeepEnd in real time. The
following image shows a screen shot of the DeepEnd Customers
screen Water Tests page overlaid on a screen shot of the same water sample data in Lamotte's
DataMate 10 program. With this data link, there is
no need to go to the water test station to view basic water
sample data.
