Job Sites
|
This section describes the information that DeepEnd tracks for each
Job Site. Included are screen shots of the Job Sites Data Entry form
and a summary listing of the job site management features in DeepEnd.
|
- Job Sites Screen - List
This page is common to all multi-page data entry forms and is used to
sort, search and navigate through the Job Sites file.
The Job Sites List can be sorted and searched by House Number,
Street Name, City, State, Contact Name, or Site Code.
You can also set a special filter on this list by specifying selection
criteria for any of the "user-friendly" fields in the job sites
file including the 3 user-defined fields.

|
- Job Sites Screen - Details
This page contains all of the general information that you would expect
to see about the job site including 3 searchable, user-defined fields.
Job Site Address
The city component of the address is selected from a picklist rather
than being typed in explicitly. This enables faster, more consistent data
entry and eliminates multiple spellings for the same city which cause problems
when filtering the Job Sites list by city.
You can get directions to the job site from MapQuest.com and
save them in the job sites file.
The directions to the job site are printed on each work order
along with the optional Special Instructions that you can enter
such as "Beware of Mean Dog".

|
- Job Sites Screen - Pool Info & Spa Info
These pages contain information about the pool and spa including the
year they were built and 13 user-defined fields.
You can also store an unlimited number of pictures of the pool
and/or spa that you scan or take with a digital camera.

owing is shown for each invoice and past due invoices arre highlighted in yellow.
Additionally, you can drill down into any invoice for a more detailed look and you can
also enter a customer payment right from this screen. (For your convenience, there
are several places throughout DeepEnd where you can enter a customer payment.
This page also displays some purchase and invoice summary history as well as a
snap shot of the customer's current VIP Points status.
